Deleting your BridgeX account

Use this form to ask us to permanently delete your BridgeX account and the personal data we hold about you. Fill in the details of the account you want removed and our support team will get in touch to confirm it's really you before anything is deleted.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, name, email address and phone number
  • Your photo and any identity verification details
  • Your service requests, quotes and message history
  • Your ratings and reviews

What we may have to keep

We may retain a limited record of completed transactions where the law requires us to — for example tax and financial records. These are kept only for as long as we are obliged to keep them, and are not used to contact you.

How long it takes

We aim to confirm your request within a few days and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming your identity. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your data.
