BridgeX is a platform that connects service users with verified service providers in Nigeria. Whether you need a plumber, mechanic, cleaner, or any other service, BridgeX makes it easy to find trusted professionals near you.
Download the BridgeX app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and sign up with your phone number. You will receive an OTP code to verify your number, and then you are ready to go.
We are currently launching in Lagos, with plans to expand to Abuja, Port Harcourt, and other major cities in Nigeria soon. Enter your location to see if service is available in your area.
BridgeX is available in English and major Nigerian languages including Yoruba, Igbo, and Hausa. You can switch languages in the app settings.
Simply open the app, select the service category you need, set your location, and we'll show you verified providers near you. You can view their ratings, reviews, and profiles before booking.
For Service Users
Open the app, select the service category you need, describe what you need done, set your location, and optionally add photos. We will show you available providers and you can choose one that fits your needs.
Yes. Service users enjoy lifetime free access to BridgeX. You only pay the service provider directly for the work they do.
All providers on BridgeX go through a verification process including ID verification, skill assessment, background checks, and reference verification. Verified providers display a trust badge on their profile.
We have a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the service, contact our support team within 48 hours and we will work with the provider to make it right.
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel bookings from the app. Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on the provider and the time of cancellation.
For Service Providers
Download the BridgeX Pro app, complete your profile with your skills and experience, submit required documents for verification, and once approved, you can start receiving job requests in your area.
Ensure your profile is complete with quality photos of your work, maintain a high rating by delivering excellent service, respond quickly to customer requests, and keep your availability up to date.
Payments are processed within 24 to 48 hours after service completion. You can withdraw earnings to your bank account. We support all major Nigerian banks.
When a customer requests a service in your category and location, you receive a notification. If you want to bid for this lead, you pay a small fee. You're only charged when you actually receive a potential customer.
You can purchase leads using bank transfer or card payment directly through the app.
Yes! It's absolutely free to use.
No! You keep 100% of what you earn from jobs. We don't take any commission. Our revenue comes from lead fees only.
Providers receive payments directly from customers. You can withdraw your earnings to your bank account. We support all major Nigerian banks.
If a customer fails to pay within the specified timeframe, contact our support team and we will help resolve the issue. Repeated non-payment may result in account suspension.
Payments & Billing
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and USSD payments.
Yes. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways with PCI DSS compliance. We never store your card details on our servers.
Refunds may be issued in cases of service not rendered, quality issues, or billing errors. Contact our support team with your booking ID and we will review your case.
Technical Support
First, try closing and reopening the app. If that does not work, check your internet connection and ensure you have the latest version of the app. If issues persist, contact our support team or email support@bridgex.ng.
Go to your Profile tab in the app, tap on the information you want to update, make your changes, and save. Some changes may require re-verification.
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password, enter your phone number, and we will send you an OTP to reset your password. If you do not receive the code, check your spam folder or contact support.
